A native Windows desktop app for managing massive media libraries. Built with Qt 6 + QML, a C++ host, and 12 Rust crates linked through custom C FFI. SQLite catalog with BLAKE3 content hashing. Encrypted vault using Argon2id + XChaCha20-Poly1305. Smart albums with live rule evaluation. Works fully offline.

A production Android client for self-hosted AI agent dashboards. Kotlin + Jetpack Compose, 6 Gradle modules with MVVM and Dagger Hilt. Dual WebSocket communication — JSON-RPC 2.0 for streaming chat, raw PTY binary for terminal sessions. App-level security with PIN/biometric and Android Keystore encryption. An Android companion app for Raspberry Pi-based field devices. Auto-discovers the device over Bluetooth PAN by inspecting incoming WebSocket connection IPs — no SSH, mDNS, or cloud needed. Custom versioned JSON protocol for bidirectional communication. GPS streaming from phone to embedded hardware. Foreground service persistence for screen-off operation.

Ingestion Pipeline
A config-driven data ingestion pipeline: fetch → extract → validate → dedupe → store, with retry taxonomy, a dead-letter queue, alerting, and a Streamlit dashboard. Each source is YAML config — retries, rate limits, and selectors included. Ships as a self-contained Docker image with 73 offline tests and 4 demo sources verified live, including a JS-rendered site. Point it at any structured website; no code changes.

An e-commerce seller was spending two hours a day copying competitor prices from three different platforms into Excel — every single day. I built a Python scraper that pulls 2,000+ product records with proper pagination, respects rate limits, and writes clean CSVs on a cron schedule. It handles failures without losing data. They haven't touched it since — the report is just there every morning.

A 15-person marketing agency had data scattered across their CRM, email platform, and accounting software. Leads were slipping through because nobody had time for manual follow-ups. I built 15 interconnected n8n workflows — lead capture to CRM, CRM to email sequences, invoices to accounting — with error alerts and audit trails. Manual data entry dropped by 85%. They stopped losing leads through process gaps.

A B2B company had seven months of raw sales data and no clue what to do with it. I found five insights that rewrote their strategy: one product line driving 28% of all revenue, a 34% performance gap between their best and worst regions, and returning customers spending 2.1x more than new ones. Delivered an interactive Power BI dashboard they still reference in every quarterly review.

The client was tired of paying $100+/month for SEO tools that gave them 50 metrics they didn't need. I built a focused crawler that checks exactly 11 things that actually matter — broken links, missing meta descriptions, duplicate titles, slow-loading pages, mobile rendering issues. Outputs a prioritized JSON fix list with estimated effort for each issue. No subscription, no upsells.

About

I work remotely with clients around the world. Most of the projects that come to me have one thing in common: the obvious solution already failed. The data was too messy for off-the-shelf tools. The hardware needed an app that works without internet. The process was too specific for any template. Or they need AI systems and automation that run reliably, day after day. That's where I come in.

40+ projects delivered across industries from e-commerce to cybersecurity. I run production AI and automation infrastructure 24/7, and I expect everything I build to hold up the same way.
