I take software from a brief to something you can run: applications on the desktop or a phone, web products with authentication and data, pipelines and reporting, AI agents, and automation. Documentation ships with the work.
I work as an independent engineer, remotely, on India Standard Time. The selected work on this site is a sample of delivery — applications, web products, data systems, agents, and automation — not a menu of product types I resell.
Why this way
Most of the work starts because the usual tool almost works. A booking widget that cannot carry roles. A chat product that cannot run unattended. A spreadsheet that is secretly a pipeline. A cloud album for files that should never leave the disk.
I would rather build the thing that can be run after handover than wrap another subscription around the same failure. If you already have a preferred stack, put it in the first message. If you are still defining the problem, say what needs to exist when we are done.

How I work
Scope and fees
Quoted after the brief. There is no public rate card. If the problem is still undefined, the first phase is time-boxed so neither side is guessing.
IP
Source and documentation transfer with the paid work unless a license is specified in the scope. I do not reuse your data, prompts, or private code in other client systems.
NDA
I will sign an NDA before a detailed brief when you need one. Send it with the first message or say that one is coming.
Handover
You receive source, how to run it, and the notes required to operate it without me. A short defect window after delivery is part of the scope, not a separate product.
Support
The handover is the support plan. Ongoing operations, monitoring, or a retainer are scoped separately if you want them.
Communication
Remote, India Standard Time. Async first: email or Telegram. Status on the cadence we agree in the scope, not a daily stand-up unless the work needs one.
