Problem

A template change needed a technical pass. A monthly SEO subscription was the wrong object: rank tracking, a login, and a bill for a job that is "run this again after we ship the template."

Constraint

Local, repeatable, no third-party account. Eleven focused checks, not a recreation of a crawler company.

Fetch the site. Run the checks. Write a prioritized JSON list. Run it again after the template moves.

Decisions

  • A script, not a portal

    Run it against the site, get JSON, fix in priority order. The client can run it again without me.

  • On-page and crawl, not rankings

    Rank is not a thing this tool claims. Broken structure is.

If you need a subscription dashboard, that is not this. If you need a list of technical fixes you can execute, it is.

Outcome

Shipped. Repeatable after template changes. Client name stays off this page.
