Problem
Seven months of sales records were being asked to answer the same questions in every review — revenue drivers, regional gaps, returning customers — from a sheet that only one person trusted.
Constraint
The deliverable had to survive the meeting. A slide that aged out was a failed job. The client already lived in Excel and Power BI; they did not need a new BI religion.

Decisions
Model first
Drivers, regions, and returning-customer behaviour are defined in the model, then shown. Charts without that work are decoration.
Workbook and Power BI
Both, because the review still happens in those tools. I did not wrap the data in a web app they would stop opening.
If the brief is a one-off chart pack, I will probably decline it. If the brief is a model you will still open in three months, that is this work.
Outcome
Shipped. Still opened each quarter. Client name stays off this page.
